Magical David™ Yorke is America’s only children’s Recording Artist and Master Magician. Mr. Yorke has performed his unique combination of magic, live music and comedy for over half a million children and adults at theaters, corporate events and private parties of all kinds. He began his career in Magic at the age of twelve. The live kids music concert features David’s: "Magical Animal Songs" from his nationally sold cassettes/CD’s Beautiful Planet and Singing With Friends; original "Silly Messed Up Songs" (i.e. Old Macdonald Had a Hamburger, ABC...Climb a Tree, Birthday Cake Fell On The Floor) and his "Crazy, Magical Musical Instruments": The "Flying/Falling" kazoo & The bubble blowing Saxophone. Plus, David swallows his flute and his harmonica plays out of his ear. At big concerts David performs with his "magical" electric guitar synthesizer, which reproduces the sounds of over 200 musical instruments in stereo. Stage illusions include: "The Appearing Child", "The Vanishing Head" and "The Levitation/Suspension" (of an adult audience member in mid-air). The "Psychic" Magical Mind Reading Act(for Adults)

Despite his love for "magic tricks" Mr. Yorke has become increasingly fascinated with "the real magic that lies inside the human mind, and, indeed, the communication powers that all animals share." To that end, David’s "Magical Mind Reading Act" (for stage and non-stage events) explores the secrets of unconscious every day "coincidences" which give rise to the possibility that we all have an intuitive/psychic sense: picking up the phone before it rings (with the person you intended to call already on the line), knowing things about someone or something that one could not possibly know, dreaming about some event before it happens. How are these phenomena possible? Do we have intuitive mental abilities that modern science has not yet found ways to detect.

Mr. Yorke invites his audience members to participate with him in a wide variety of incredible psychic/ESP experiments (i.e. The Pasta Prediction, The Triple Casino Prediction, Mind Reading, Precognition) and Magical Transmutations (i.e. dissolving sugar in his bare hands, burning a twenty dollar bill and having it re-materialize inside a lemon that was freely chosen by an audience member as well as Vanishing The Head of an audience member). David combines these presentations with comedy, traditional magical illusions and continuous audience participation.
